Activate your urge for variety! Splash offers fun,
shallow-water movement to improve agility and flexibility
while addressing cardiovascular, strength, and endurance conditioning. No swimming ability is required. A kick-board or other aquatic equipment is used to improve strength, balance and co-ordination.
There is no charge for SilverSneaker, Silver & Fit, or Renew Active participants and only $5/class if not a participant
in the senior programs.
