9:30-10:30 am Aqua Aerobics is a water aerobics class that provides the opportunity to improve cardio fitness, condition muscles, increase flexibility, and change body composition. Exercise in the pool is significantly less strenuous on joints and muscles, thus a wonderful alternative to high-impact exercise. Participants can improve overall physical fitness while having a good time. The fee is $5 per session, or $50 for 12 sessions. Instructed by Susette Sigmon |
